Safaricom has today announced new data bundles after an outcry from their customers when they changed the pricing and validity period of data bundles in February this year.

The new data bundles do not have the night time bundles component that the old bundles have. The new bundles will also now not expire if a customer buys another bundle 2 days before the validity period of the old bundle ends. Safaricom has introduced new data bundle sizes and made away with others. Also the largest data bundle is now 30GB.

The biggest advantage the new bundles have is that is they can be used at any time of the day and that the expiration date is flexible.

Check out our comparison of the new and old data bundles below
