When you are in business, clients are everything. If you are unable to acquire and retain clients then you will most likely starve. In the quest for retaining clients, entrepreneurs go above and beyond. However, there are clients that were put into on these earth to test your patience.
A Kenyan baker, Hashnunish Sultan, encountered one such client recently. The client wanted a cake and she was really fussy about the design. The price of the cake she wanted came to 18,000 but when D-Day was close she communicated that she was only willing to pay a fraction of the price.
