DHL Express has launched a new Service Point in West End Mall along Achieng Aneko Road in Kisumu county. The West End Shopping Mall is the latest addition to Kisumu and boasts a first class location at the heart of the lake-side city. In addition to housing DHL Express, the new mall brings together the top brands in Kenya, such as Nairobi Java House, Woolworths, TACC, Samsung, Healthy U, amongst others under one roof.

This allows anyone – from a student to a small business – to access our network and the over 220 countries and territories that we serve. Since it was established in Kenya over 30 years ago, DHL has provided international air express delivery services to and from all the countries in the world.
Cassels also cited that DHL’s investment in increasing its network capabilities is a key focus for the company in Africa. He pointed out that there are a number of fleet and facility upgrades happening in 2014, backed up by the most comprehensive training program for all employees in the company under the banner of the Certified International Specialist.
