DSTv recently announced a reduction in price in their TV packages prices effective November 1st 2016. This comes on the back of a price increase that led to a fall out with customers plus arrival of competition from, initially Netflix and recently ShowMax.
The price reduction, which basically rolls back to pre-2015 price increase, is not significant but it should generate interest especially from customer who had abandoned the service because of the higher prices.
